Lisa Davis is the first woman hired to be a field representative for the International Training Institute where she currently specializes in helping training centers enhance their HVAC Service programs with instructor training, equipment acquisition and program pathways.  She hails from Local 16 (Portland, Oregon), where, as the first and only woman instructor, she helped start both a diversity committee and a mentoring program.  Lisa is deeply invested in helping our organization evolve together and is passionate about recruiting and retaining diversity – equitably and sustainably.  As lead of the Policy Sub-Committee of the SMART Women’s Committee, she has appreciated the opportunity to help craft some engaging resolutions and amendments leading into convention regarding member advocacy and well-being.
